PROFESSIONAL SERVICES- AUDITING AND ARBITRAGE COMPLIANCE SERVICES

This proposal is being solicited through a “fair and open process” in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et. seq.:

Bid documents and specifications can be downloaded for no charge online (upon registration) or picked up at the Township Clerk’s Office.  Specifications and other information may be obtained on November 1, 2019 at the Township of Livingston Clerk’s Office, same location, during regular business hours, 8:30AM - 4:30PM, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.  Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq.  and NJAC 17:27-1 et seq.
