NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Clerk’s Office, for the Township of Livingston, County of Essex, State of New Jersey on Wednesday, November 20, 2019, 11:00 AM prevailing time at 357 S. Livingston Avenue, Livingston, New Jersey at which time and place proposals will be opened in the Council Chambers and publicly read for:



The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications.  The work includes the upgrades to the Effluent Pump Station including replacement of the effluent pump drives and electrical panels. The work is located at Livingston Water Pollution Control Facility at 81 Naylon Avenue within the Township of Livingston and includes: site work, general construction, demolition work, electrical, and instrumentation and control work.  The work shall be completed within 270 calendar days of the Con­trac­tor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed.

Bid Documents can be downloaded for no charge online at (upon registration). Bid documents can be obtained on a CD at the Township Municipal Building, 357 South Livingston Avenue, Livingston, New Jersey 07039 between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. There is no charge for the CD. Hard copies of the Bid Documents are available for reviewing only at the Township Municipal Building.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq.  and NJAC 17:27-1 et seq.
