    Meters are only sold by appointment. All water and sewer connection and inspection fees as well as construction water fees must be paid and service size upgrades must be completed prior to the sale of a meter.

    Per Township Code §316-17 when the plumbing code requires a change in the size of a water service, the property owner is responsible for upgrading the service lateral from the meter up to, and including, the water main wet tap and abandoning the old service at the corporation.
