[ARCHIVED] Lyme & Tick-Borne Diseases Panel

Flyer for May 3, 2018 Lyme Disease Panel

The Livingston Health Department will be having a Lyme and Tick-Borne Diseases Panel on Thursday, May 3, 2018 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Livingston Library, 10 Robert H. Harp Drive.

New Jersey has one of the highest rates of cases of Lyme disease in the United States. Not only can ticks transmit Lyme disease, but they carry other diseases as well.

Experts will share their knowledge on preventing Lyme disease, common co-infections, diagnosis, symptoms, treatment, and more. There will be a question-and-answer session at the end of the panel.

The panel is free to attend. Please pre-register by contacting Jessica Kelly, Health Educator at 973-535-7961 ext. 227 or jekelly@livingstonnj.org.
