[ARCHIVED] Preventing Injuries While Exercising

The Livingston Health Department, in conjunction with Trinity Rehab, will host a presentation on preventing injuries while exercising. 

The program will be held virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 from 1 pm to 2 pm.

Anyone can suffer an injury when exercising, regardless of their level of fitness. Join us to learn more about various techniques that can help you exercise more safely to avoid injuries. Andrew Marques, PT, DPT, Physical Therapist and William Marano, PT, DPT, Physical Therapist of Trinity Rehab will deliver the presentation.
