Inner Strength

This class in non cardio and can be done in bare feet or with socks, combining Pilates and basic core conditioning. Students will achieve stronger abdominals, glutes and back muscles. Better posture is an dded benefit. Please bring mat and wither a set of 1 or 2 pound weights.
