The mission of the Livingston, New Jersey Police Department is to enhance the quality of life in our Township by working in partnership with the community and in accordance with constitutional rights to enforce laws, preserve peace, reduce fear, and provide for a safe environment. We also have a responsibility to maintain operational policies and procedures which make the best use of our manpower and financial resources.
