Responsibilities
The nine member board with tow alternates primary responsibilities include: development and adoption of Livingston’s Master Plan, review of land use applications in accordance with state and local regulations, and recommendations of revisions to land use ordinances to the governing body.
Commercial Applicants
All commercial applicants are encouraged to meet with the Technical Review Advisory Committee (TRAC) prior to being scheduled for a Planning Board/public meeting. The Planning Administrator will determine if an application requires a TRAC review.
