This high energy and super fun Zumba class is geared to moms that can’t find a sitter but still want to work out. It is very similar to our traditional Zumba class but is structured to incorporate a stroller and front baby carrier into the dance routine. The last 15 minutes of this class includes a core workout and stretching, so make sure to bring a yoga mat and get ready for a workout that is sure to make you and your little one smile.
