Property Tax Grace Period Extended

The Livingston Township Council voted to take advantage of Governor Murphy’s Executive Order 130, which allows the municipality to extend the Second Quarter Property Tax Payment Grace Period to June 1st, rather than May 11th.  The Council also voted to lower the interest rate on 2nd quarter delinquent taxes to 6%.

Additional State/Federal resources available. Plus: Livingston Community Partnership announced the Township Council’s LuvLiv Local Grant, which will provide qualified businesses with up to $1,500 to cover expenses that will be required for them to re-open their business.
