  2. Certificate of Honorable Discharge or Release

Disabled Veteran or Surviving Spouse of Disabled Veteran or Serviceperson Tax Exemption

Full exemption from property taxes on a principal residence for certain totally and permanently disabled war veterans and veterans who served in peacekeeping missions and operations. This exemption also is available to a surviving spouse/civil union/domestic partner who has not remarried.

Please attach copies of:

  1. DD214 and Honorable Discharge; and
  2. Official letter from the Veterans Administration stating Veteran is 100% permanently & totally disabled.
