This class blends the best of ballet, yoga and pilates. Focuses on balance, strength and flexibility for all levels of fitness. It’s safe, effective and efficient workout which challenges the body without risk of incurring injuries from over use. Bring weights (2-3 lbs.) and small towel. Grip socks or sneakers required.
