FLU SHOTS 
The Livingston Health Department will offer flu shots for those 18 years and older on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at the Senior & Community Center, 204 Hillside Ave. The flu vaccine supply is limited and registration is REQUIRED. Appointments will be scheduled from 10:00 AM —12:00 noon. The cost is $20 or free with Medicare as your PRIMARY insurance.

Appointments are required; call the Nursing Office at (973) 535-7961 ext 226, 227 or 228 to schedule an appointment. No flu shots will be given if you miss your appointment.
