Passaic Avenue Pump Station

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Clerk’s Office, for the Township of Livingston, County of Essex, State of New Jersey on Wednesday, November 29, 2017, 11:00 AM prevailing time at 357 S. Livingston Avenue, Livingston, New Jersey at which time and place proposals will be opened in the Council Chambers and publicly read for:

Bid No. 006-2017- Passaic Avenue Sewage Pump Station Upgrades

 The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment to complete the work as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications.  The work consists of the removal and replacement of existing gravity sewer lines and force main with larger diameter pipes, and the replacement of pump station pumps along with associated electrical upgrades.  The work is located at the Passaic Avenue Sewage Pump Station along Passaic Avenue within the Town of Livingston.  The work shall be completed within 240 calendar days of the Con­trac­tor’s receipt of written Notice to Proceed.

Bid Documents can be downloaded for no charge online at www.livingstonnj.org/finance  (upon registration) or electronic version copies (via CD) may be picked up at the Township Clerk’s Office.  There is no charge for the CD.  Hard copies of the Bid Documents are available for reviewing only at the Township Municipal Building. Bid documents cannot be obtained at Mott MacDonald’s office.

 CD’s may be obtained on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at the Township of Livingston Clerk’s Office, same location, during regular business hours, 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.  Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq.  and NJAC 17:27-1 et seq.
