    The ACL Gallery is pleased to present the artworks of the Junior Members of the Livingston Arts Association (LAA). A reception will be held from 4 to 6 pm in the ACL Gallery. Refreshments will be served. The public is invited to view the works of these budding artists. The ACL Gallery is dedicating this Junior Members Art Show to the memory of Harriet Hiller, President of LAA and creator of art classes for all ages.

  3. Skin Cancer Screening

    June 26, 2018, 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM @ Livingston Senior / Community Center

    The Livingston Health Department in conjunction with St. Barnabas Medical Center is having a free skin cancer screening on Tuesday, June 26th from 9:30-11:30am. The screening will be at the Livingston/Senior Community Center, 204 Hillside Ave in Craft Rooms 1 and 2. Skin cancer is one of the most common forms of cancer and one out of five Americans will develop some form of skin cancer before the age of 70. Anyone can get skin cancer although there are factors that can increase the risk of skin cancer in some people such as a history of indoor tanning or multiple sunburns, a family history of skin cancer, and spending a lot of time outdoors for work or play. If you have any concerns about spots on your skin that are changing in shape, size, or color or seem irregular be sure to have them checked. The skin cancer screening is free and appointments are required. If you would like to make an appointment for the screening, please call 973-535-7961 ext. 227 or 228.
