Livingston,
New Jersey (American Century Series)
Chartered in 1813, Livingston was largely farmland for more
than the first century of its existence. Throughout the 20th
century, and especially following World War II, the town developed,
the farmland transforming into homes and commerce. Capturing
everyday scenes and turning points in the town’s past,
author Barry Evenchick chronicles the unique heritage of the
community and the individuals who have worked together to help
define it. Evenchick
served as Livingston Township attorney from 1975-1987
