July 7 Primary Election: Vote By Mail
Per Governor Murphy’s Executive Order 144, every registered Republican and Democratic voter was automatically mailed a Vote-By-Mail (VBM) Ballot for the July 7 Primary Election.
Unaffiliated/undeclared voters were mailed an application to request a VBM Ballot.
Livingston will have 2 polling places open on July 7, from 6 am to 8 pm:
Livingston Senior/Community Center
204 Hillside Avenue, Lower Level, Rm Tahaney 2
Livingston Town Hall
357 S. Livingston Avenue
These two polling places will only provide:
- ADA-compliant visually impaired audio voting.
- Provisional paper ballots.
Please note that the Provisional Paper Ballot is similar to a VBM Ballot.
All are urged to use their VBM Ballot. Provisional Ballots are counted last and must be checked against the VBM Ballots that have already been cast before they are accepted and canvassed.
