May is recognized as Mental Health Awareness month, and taking care of our mental health is as important as ever.

The outbreak of COVID-19 has been universally stressful. The longer-term nature of the outbreak has meant significant changes to long-held routines and behaviors. It’s important to take care of yourself and find ways to reduce your stress level and support your mental health — and to help your family do the same.

The Livingston Health Department has provided resources to help residents manage stress and cope with COVID-19.

Find them here: Mental Health During COVID-19

Addition information and resources for individuals in crisis situations, children, veterans, and anyone experiencing stress are available here.
