SYLS Adult Virtual Workout Options for You!

Virtual fitness

Join us from the comfort & safety of your home as we offer an abbreviated schedule of Spring Adult Fitness classes to you ONLINE.

Pre-registration required at Community Pass

Please note these classes are held LIVE online, requiring some adjustments to the times of the sessions.
Once you have registered we will send you a link to access the class.

Mondays: Chair Yoga: 9:30 - 10:30 am
                  Zumba Gold: 11 - 11:45 am  
                  Cardio Fusion (NEW): 5 - 6 pm with Simone Thomas - 6 Week class starting 4/13 

Tuesdays: Yoga Level 1: 10 - 11 am
                   Yoga Level 2: 7:15 pm - 8:15 pm

Wednesdays: Zumba Gold: 10_ 10:45 am
                        Chair Yoga: 111 am - 12 pm
                        Inner Strength:6:30 - 7:30 pm with Valerie DeNick starting on 4/15

Thursday: Yoga Level 1: 10 - 11 am, starting on 4/16
                   Barre Above: 11:15 am - 12:15 pm starting on 4/16
                   Yoga Level 2: 7 - 8 pm starting on 4/16

Friday:   Zumba Toning: 9 - 10 am starting on 4/17
               Chair Yoga: 10:15 - 11:15 am starting on 4/17
               Pilates: 11:30 am - 12:30 pm starting on 4/17

Saturday: Zumba: 9:15 - 10:15 am starting on 4/18
