All are invited to celebrate Israel at 70. Don’t let the weather keep you away! Livingston Celebrates Israel at 70 will be at the Oval from 4:30 pm to 8 pm.
The Livingston Committee for Diversity and Inclusion has partnered with the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ to create this free community-wide celebration.
The event organizers recommend dressing warmly and wearing boots for the outdoor activities. A dozen arts and crafts activities, live music, and storytelling will be indoors in the library, so attendees can enjoy them and warm up at the same time. There will be live music, plenty of outdoor activities, and hot chocolate and hot coffee for sale, as well as delicious hot food and hand warmers.
The Livingston Police Department will close Civic Center Road -- the two streets between the Oval and Livingston Avenue -- beginning at approximately 3:00 pm. Access to the Oval will be limited to Madonna Drive and Wahler Road.
Attendees may park on the Oval, in the parking lot at St. Philomena's, or in the Livingston Township Hall lot.
Join us at this free festival for all at the Oval on Robert Harp Drive on Thursday, April 19, 2018, from 4:30 to 8 pm!
