Pilates is an exercise program designed to increase flexibility, strengthen muscles and improve posture. There is a concentration on core strengthening and stabilization. The breathing techniques help balance the mind-body connection. Please bring towel, water, mat and light weights (no more than 2 to 3 pounds).
